These instructions apply to personal data controlled by LORNEZ GROUP through group websites, business inquiries, and the Lornez Group Business Management application.
They specifically provide the public user-data deletion instructions required for authorized Facebook, Instagram, and Threads integrations.
You do not need an account on this website to make a deletion request. You may contact us directly by email using the steps below.
This process deletes data held by Lornez Group. It does not delete your Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other Meta account, and it cannot delete data independently controlled by Meta.
Disconnect the integration
If your request relates to a Meta connection, first revoke the authorization where practical:
- Open the settings for the relevant Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or Meta business account.
- Locate the area for apps, websites, business integrations, or connected services.
- Select the Lornez Group Business Management application and remove or disconnect its access.
- Review the permissions shown by Meta and confirm the removal.
Interface labels may differ by product, account type, and region. Revoking access stops future authorized access but may not by itself remove data previously stored in Lornez Group systems. Complete the email request below for deletion from our systems.

Meta App Data Deletion Request
Include the information reasonably needed to locate the data:
- Your name.
- The email address used in the relevant interaction, if applicable.
- The relevant Meta product and Page, professional account, or business account name.
- Your app-scoped user ID or other reference shown by Meta, if available.
- A short description of the data or integration involved.
Never send your Meta password, access token, full payment-card number, or unnecessary identity document. We will ask separately if proportionate verification is required.
Verification and response
We acknowledge valid requests and may ask for limited additional information where necessary to confirm that the requester is the data subject or an authorized representative.
We aim to complete ordinary Meta app-data deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Privacy-law deadlines continue to apply and may permit an extension for a complex or numerous request, in which case we will explain the extension where required.
What we delete
Where the request is valid and no exception applies, we delete or:
- App-scoped identifiers and linked platform-account references held by Lornez Group.
- Stored platform content, metadata, insight data, and integration logs no longer required for an active authorized feature.
- Active authorization tokens and connection records under our control.
- Website inquiry or communication data identified in the request where deletion rights apply.
We may retain a limited record where necessary to comply with law, preserve transaction and accounting evidence, prevent fraud, enforce rights, respond to a legal claim, or demonstrate that a deletion request was completed. Data in protected backups is removed through the applicable backup rotation and is not restored for ordinary use.
Where immediate deletion is not legally possible, the affected data is restricted from ordinary use and retained only for the applicable lawful purpose.
