Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use are issued by LORNEZ GROUP, Société par actions simplifiée (SAS), registered at 36 rue Scheffer, 75016 Paris, France, SIREN 102 360 724.
They apply to this Legal & Trust Center, Lornez Group corporate and business websites, and Lornez Group-operated digital features, including the Business Management application where made available. By accessing or using those services, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable law.
Specific product, campaign, platform, account, quotation, order, or contract terms may also apply. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the specific agreement governs the relevant transaction or service.
Public information
We aim to keep website and policy information clear and current. Content is provided for general corporate, product, sourcing, privacy, security, and legal-information purposes.
Website content is not a binding product offer, legal opinion, certification, warranty, or guarantee unless a document expressly states otherwise and is issued by an authorized representative. Product availability, specifications, pricing, lead times, certification requirements, and regulatory suitability must be confirmed in writing for the relevant project.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer, data-protection, product-safety, or other mandatory law.
Business inquiries and transactions
Sending a form, email, specification, image, drawing, request for quotation, or other inquiry does not create a contract or obligate Lornez Group to accept a project.
A transaction is formed only through the applicable written quotation, order confirmation, purchase agreement, customization agreement, invoice terms, or other document accepted by authorized parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that information and reference materials you provide are accurate, lawful, and shared with appropriate authority. You must not submit material that infringes intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights.
Platform integrations
The Lornez Group Business Management application may provide authorized features involving Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other third-party business platforms.
- You must have authority to connect the relevant account, Page, professional profile, or business asset.
- You remain responsible for permissions you grant and for reviewing them in the relevant platform settings.
- You must use integration features consistently with the third-party platform terms and applicable law.
- Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when a platform changes its API, permissions, policies, or technical requirements.
The treatment of personal data through these features is described in our Privacy Notice. Public removal instructions are available on the Data Deletion page.
Acceptable use
You must not use a Lornez Group website or digital feature to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, credential use, privilege escalation, or circumvention of access controls.
- Introduce malware, harmful code, denial-of-service traffic, or automated activity that disrupts or degrades the service.
- Harvest personal data, scrape protected content, or create misleading copies of the website.
- Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful content.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Lornez Group or use group marks without permission.
Good-faith security research conducted under our published responsible disclosure guidance is assessed under that guidance.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website structure, text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, marks, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Lornez Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may view and make a reasonable copy of public policies for personal, compliance, or record-keeping purposes. No other license is granted. Commercial reuse, modification, redistribution, impersonation, or use of Lornez Group branding requires prior written permission.
Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. References to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Threads describe interoperability and do not imply endorsement.
Third-party services
Group websites may link to or interact with third-party websites, platforms, maps, email services, payment providers, carriers, or business systems. Their availability, content, and independent data processing are governed by their own terms and policies.
A link does not by itself mean that Lornez Group controls, endorses, or assumes responsibility for the third-party service. Review the applicable third-party terms before using it.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable measures to maintain reliable and secure public services, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider failures, platform changes, network conditions, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Lornez Group is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from temporary unavailability. Any contractual liability for a product or service is governed by the applicable written agreement.
Governing law
These general terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory rules that apply to an individual or transaction.
The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through direct written communication. Jurisdiction for a dispute is determined by the applicable mandatory law and any valid specific agreement.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, security, or platform changes. The effective date appears at the top of the page. Material changes are communicated where required.
